1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using FreeDatingSitesList ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FreeDatingSitesList. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

• You must not have been previously terminated or banned from the Platform for violations of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at the contact information provided in Section 8.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Behavior

FreeDatingSitesList is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, size-positive community. By using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassment or abuse - Threatening, bullying, intimidating, or harassing any other member.
• Fake or misleading profiles - Creating accounts with false identities, impersonating another person, or using stolen photographs.
• Solicitation or commercial activity - Using the Platform to advertise, sell products or services, solicit money, or promote third-party websites without prior written consent.
• Illegal content or activity - Posting content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law, including content involving minors.
• Spam or automated access - Sending unsolicited bulk messages, using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Platform.
• Exploitation or scamming - Engaging in romance scams, financial fraud, or any deceptive scheme targeting other members.
• Hate speech or discrimination - Posting content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
• Distribution of malware - Uploading files that contain viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Platform's functionality.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on FreeDatingSitesList - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements - is the property of FreeDatingSitesList or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

By uploading content to the Platform (including profile photos, descriptions, and messages), you grant FreeDatingSitesList a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely in connection with the operation of the Platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may delete it at any time by removing it from your profile or closing your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

FreeDatingSitesList is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by members.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreeDatingSitesList and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill - arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

6. Account Termination

Either you or FreeDatingSitesList may terminate your account at any time:

• Termination by you - You may deactivate or delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Termination by us - We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited behavior, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to the safety or integrity of our community.
• Effect of termination - Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 4, 5, 7, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in full force and effect.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against FreeDatingSitesList.
